Inter have had scouts watch Sampdoria central defender Joachim Andersen at this early stage of the season according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Dane, has made nine appearances across all competitions this season and helped his team to achieving a rather impressive five clean sheets in that time.

He arrived at La Samp after Milan Skriniar’s departure to Inter and has in fact drawn comparisons to the Slovak who has enjoyed a monumental rise in the past year at Inter wherein he is now considered one of the best defenders not only in Italy but on the planet.

Inter are however not alone in courting the 22-year-old. As per the same report, they face competition from arch-rivals Juventus as well as Premier League side Arsenal to land his signature. Good relations with La Samp after the Skriniar deal could swing things in the Nerazzurri’s favour if their were to be a flurry of similar bids for him.
