Milan duo Patrick Cutrone and Alessio Romagnoli will be available to manager Gennaro Gattuso for selection for this Sunday’s Milan derby according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.
The pair have been dealing with injuries to their ankle and leg respecitlvely and still are but should be there at San Siro for the first Milan derby of the season which is scheduled for a 20:30 CET kick-off, despite skipping international duty due to their injuries.
Their likely returns will come as a welcome boost to Rossoneri boss Gattuso who looks set to be doing without Andrea Conti and Mattia Caldara for the match as both continue to be sidelined and appear some time away from returning at the moment. Defender Ivan Strinic, who is yet to make an appearance for Milan following his summer arrival on a free transfer, will also be kept out of the game due to a heart problem.
