Nicola Berti was interviewed by Gazzetta dello Sport who asked for a quick thought on the upcoming Derby della Madonnina: “Lautaro could be the decider, but Nainggolan is also a very important player for Inter.”
Radja Nainggolan has recently spoken about his mission to return to 100% fitness since his injury during the Summer, which left him quite unfit for the start of the season and without much time to get to know his team, but mostly importantly, to understand how Mauro Icardi plays. With each passing game, Inter and Nainggolan have made improvements, but now more than before, they need to deliver.
As for Lautaro, it’s unlikely that he’ll start, but his energy off the bench could very well make the difference in what is expected to me be a very tight game.
Berti then joked about AC Milan when asked about who their dangerous players are stating that: “Suso, Higuain and Bonaventura all frighten me, I’ll admit that, a bit like Albertini when he passes me during my interviews.”
