Samir Handanovic attempted to explain why he thinks Inter’s performance was not up to scratch in the 2-0 defeat away to Barcelona in the Champions League.

“I do not think we were scared by the environment which we were playing in but just lost a little confidence due to making mistakes early on. We have now learnt that we must risk something more if not things get harder for us,” he said in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.
