Barcelona midfielder Rafinha shared his delight with various sources following the Blaugrana’s 2-0 win over Inter in which he scored the opening goal.

“I am very happy for the team. This victory motivates us and makes us feel good. This result gives us a lot of confidence. We are very happy with how we played especially against a team in Inter that could have made things very difficult for us. We played very well and on Sunday we have El Clasico, a game which we will face like every other,” he explained in an interview with Canal Movistar Liga de Campeones.

The Brazilian, who spent the second half of last season at Inter, echoed his words in an interview with UEFA.com also.

“I am absolutely thrilled to have been chosen as a starter but also for the victory and for the goal I scored. We did very well against a team that we knew would have put us in trouble throughout the evening. To win this way we had to play excellent football and it gives us great confidence in view of El Clasico on Sunday.”
