According to a report in today’s paper edition of Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, Stefan de Vrij, Sime Vrsaljko and Matteo Politano are expected to return to Luciano Spalletti’s starting line-up to face Lazio in the Serie A clash at the Olympic Stadium in Rome on Monday 29th October, with kick-off scheduled for 20.30 CET.
However, former Lazio winger Keita Balde who is on loan from Ligue 1 side Monaco, is also hoping for a spot in the starting lineup to face his old teammates but according to the report that is highly unlikely.
As expected, Inter’s star summer signing, Radja Nainggolan, who limped off the pitch with an ankle injury during the course of the Derby della Madonnina, is ruled out of the clash against Lazio.
Here’s the starting line-up most likely to face Lazio on Monday 29th, according to Correire dello Sport:
Inter (4-2-3-1): Handanovic; Vrsaljko, De Vrij, Skriniar, Asamoah; Vecino, Brozovic; Politano, Borja Valero, Keita Baldé; Icardi.
