Inter had scouts present at the Stade de Suisse in Bern on Tuesday night as Young Boys Bern took on Valencia to watch Loris Benito according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Swiss full back impressed the Nerazzurri scouts in attendance so much that Inter have already made initial contact with his representatives over a move to San Siro in the summer once his contract expires.

Having previously failed at a bigger team in Benfica, Benito could be keen on a move to Inter to show he is capable at one of Europe’s top clubs having re-established himself.

However, Inter may have to make their move quickly this due to the fact they are not alone in courting the 26-year-old full international. Spanish club Sevilla have been quoted as interested in him as have fellow Serie A sides Lazio, Atalanta, Genoa and Fiorentina in recent weeks.

This season Benito has made 16 appearances across all competitions and tallied two assists in the process.
