Nainggolan Could Be Back For Inter vs Genoa

Radja Nainggolan is hard at work trying to recover from his ankle injury and all going well could be back for Saturday’s match against Genoa according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The Belgian picked up the injury to his ankle in the Milan derby and has missed Inter’s past two games as a result. Between today and tomorrow he will start running and it will be touch and go as to whether he will be in a fit enough state to make the squad for Saturday.

Should he be declared unfit for it, there is every chance that he could be ready for the Champions League match with Barcelona on Tuesday November 6.

Inter missed what Nainggolan brings to the team in last week’s loss to Barcelona and his availability would greatly increase Inter’s chances of achieving a positive result and moving a step closer to qualifying for the knockout stages.
