River Plate’s young midfielder Exequiel Palacios is the subject of many rumors right now after having had a great start to the season.

According to some reports the youngster has agreed to move to Real Madrid but the player’s agent Renato Corsi rubbished these talks in an interview with Radio El Mundo. When Corsi was asked about the reports suggesting that a deal with Real Madrid had been agreed he replied that: “At the moment I have neither received any offers at all nor have I spoken with Real Madrid.”

“However, instead I can confirm that I have spoken with Inter. There is still no agreement in place but Javier Zanetti has told me that inter like the player a lot and are tracking him closely” Corsi stated.

Palacios is a River Plate product, coming up through the ranks of the club from youth team all the way to the first team where he has been so impressive he has already made two appearances for the Argentinian national team.
