Inter are looking at Sampdoria’s Joachim Andersen among many other defenders as they look to further fortify what is already a very strong defence according to a report from Tuttosport.
Having taken some time to get in the team, the 22-year-old has started in La Samp’s last 15 matches and has played a huge part this season in Marco Giampaolo’s side having the second best defensive record in Serie A.
Interest in Andersen is however not limited to Inter with Juventus and a series of other European clubs understood to be keen on him. With thanks to the good relations between Inter and Sampdoria, Inter could be considered as having an upper hand on the others chasing the Danish internaitonal.
Andersen is valued at €20 million and Inter could look to bring that price down by offering some young counterparts who are of interest to the Genoa based club such as Xian Emmers.
In addition to Andersen, the Nerazzurri have some other names in mind. Among the young players under observation there are two left sided centre-backs. Ramy Bensebaini an Algerian international currently at French club Rennes and San Lorenzo’s Marcos Senesi, who is Argentine but possesses an Italian passport.
