Mario Passetti, the general manager of Cagliari, has spoken on Inter linked Nicolo Barella with interest again hotting up in him.
“We do not know what his price is and we are not interested. We are continuing the path of growth for the team, which is just starting to bear the first fruits,” he said in an interview with Radio Marte.
“Nicolò is very important in that, he is also very happy here. After that I do not know what will happen, but he is only thinking about the present.
“There has been some interest for a possible sale which we have not evaluated, we are continuing on our path of growth and it is right that it is like this.
He concluded by speaking on the relationship with Napoli amid alleged interest from them.
“There is a friendly relationship with Napoli, we did the Pavoletti deal quite quickly. We are very happy because Leonardo is a strong player and an exceptional person, he puts the team first.”
