Inter’s unbeaten streak at home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district against FC Barcelona in the Champions League remains in tact after captain Mauro Icardi came to the rescue by scoring the equalizer late in the game.
The guests dominated the match from start to finish but failed to make their chances pay and coupled with a Samir Handanovic who pulled off save after save preventing the Spanish giants from scoring. In the end Brazilian winger Malcom, who Inter were very keen on signing this past summer, managed to beat Handanovic only for the Nerazzurri captain to score on Inter’s only shot on target.
