Rafinha’s desire is clear to see, he wants to return to Inter, at least according to a report from Italian broadcaster Rai Sport.

The Brazilian midfielder spent a six-month period on loan at Inter during the 2017/18 season and Inter had an option to turn his stay permanent but due to financial fair play they were unable to exercise their option.

Inter’s option on him was set at €35 million and Inter tried to get him at a lesser price soon after their option expired but to no avail. The report goes on to state that Barcelona’s demands for the 25-year-old have reduced and that he could be available for between €20-25 million.

The Blaugrana will not entertain loan offers for the midfielder but only offers that would lead to him leaving the club on a permanent basis. Rai Sport’s report also reveals that Inter’s fellow Serie A side Lazio are interested in signing him.
