Journalist Mario Sconcerti believes that despite losing to Tottenham Hotspur last night, Inter will still make it in to the knockout stage of the Champions League.

“Inter seemed like a tired team at the end of the match. When Spurs brought on Son and Eriksen, they had a speed of thought that the others did not have anymore. Inter played well in the first half, then they lost ground slowly, and finally Spurs scored their goal,” he said during an interview with broadcaster RMC Sport.

He then went on to reveal why he thinks Inter will get through rather than Spurs.

“I am sure that Inter will still pass through the group instead of Tottenham who travel to Barcelona while Inter are at home to PSV, where the favourite for the game is Inter. If they do not win, it is their fault. I see it hard for Barcelona to grant Tottenham any points.”
