Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is to make no less than four changes to the starting line-up that faced Juventus for tomorrow night’s final Champions League group stage match at home to PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.
Centre back Miranda will return to the bench and will be replaced by Stefan de Vrij who will be able to renew his strong defensive partnership with Milan Skriniar. Danilo D’Ambrosio will meanwhile come in to the starting eleven in place of Sime Vrsaljko.
Roberto Gagliardini and Joao Mario are to both drop out due to not being part of Inter’s Champions League squad list. Borja Valero and Matias Vecino, as per the report, will come in and replace them.
