Racing Club president Victor Blanco has again shared his desire to see Inter striker Lautaro Martinez return to the club but is also well aware of the difficulties of this becoming a reality.

“It would be a dream come true if Lautaro Martínez returned to Racing, he is not playing much in Europe but I have to be realistic that it is very difficult to happen. In any case, it is too early for him to come back to Racing but it will all depend on him,” he said in an interview with Somos Racing.

On numerous occasions Blanco has expressed his desire to see the 21-year-old striker back at the club who he only left in the summer.

Since joining Inter, Lautaro has made 12 appearances across all competitions for a total of 449 minutes. The Argentine international has got on the score sheet on two separate occasions and has tallied one assist also.
