Wesley’s Agent: “I’m Not Aware Of Inter’s Interest”

Paulo Nehmy, the agent of Club Brugge striker Wesley, addressed the reported interest in his client but firstly spoke on what kind of player he is in an interview with FCInterNews.it

“Since he has been playing in Belgium and for his kind of physique maybe I could compare him with Romelu Lukaku. Clearly he has his own characteristics which also give him an advantage too. He is very good and dynamic. He knows how to handle the ball quickly. He is talent and is young too.”

Nehmy was then asked about the interest in his client and the alleged interest from Inter.

“I’m not aware of the Nerazzurri’s interest but if it were to happen, I would see it as something positive. Wesley is followed by various European teams from England, Italy, Spain and Germany. Last week he was also approached by Chinese clubs who offered him astronomical money.”

He concluded by speaking on explaining how a move to Lazio collapsed last summer.

“We knew Lazio were willing to sign him but Brugge did not want to deal with them.”
