Radja Nainggolan’s step-brother Manuel has revealed his concerns about the Inter midfielder amidst all the latest incidents involving the Belgian.

“I do not know very well about what is happening with him. I try to call him, but he does not answer and I am afraid there are some problems at home for him and I feel sorry for him. He has played with all sort of problems throughout his career,” he said in an interview with Het Laatste Nieuws.

He then went on to express that he believes the 30-year-old, who joined Inter in the summer from Roma, is not exploiting all the talent he has.

“I think he is doing less than half of what he could do with his talent. He no longer listens to me and it is as if my words have lost their effect on him. People told me I had to be much harsher with him which went alright…for about a week.”
