Recent reports have been connecting Fiorentina’s midfielder, Jordan Veretout to Inter once again. Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport points out that Fiorentina technical director and other officials have shut down any possibility of their top players leaving this winter.
According to the report the Viola will re-evaluate their transfers this summer: “The viola technical director, Corvino and his collaborators have no doubts: the viola defense is among the best in the championship and this is also thanks to the midfielders, first of all Veretout for which there will be no chance of him being sold anywhere.”
“The rumors that arrive from Milano, will be denied by the Viola directors without any possibility of Inter having a chance to sign him. There will not be any sales of important players, they will all remain this winter. Only in June will Fiorentina decide if they will change their strategy” the newspaper concludes.
