Inter face competition from Turkish giants Galatasaray for Manchester City outcast Eliaquim Mangala according to a report from Tuttosport.
The French centre back has drawn links to Inter as a possible replacement for want-away Miranda. Inter management are to meet with the Brazilian to understand his intentions and if he is to leave, Inter will need a cheap replacement this window.
With an expiring contract, Mangala would not come at a premium for the Nerazzurri if they wanted to sign him outright in this window but they may be forced to move fast or miss out entirely depending on how serious Galatasaray are about him.
The Istanbul based club are said to be pondering a six month loan move for the former Porto defender who has yet to make a first team appearance for the reigning Premier League champions. The 27-year-old has been limited to just three appearances for City’s reserves outfit in Premier League 2.
