Despite the bombshells dropped by Wanda Icardi with regard to the current state of negotiations between herself and Inter over a new contract for her husband and client Mauro Icardi, Inter are not bothered as per a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.
Wanda claimed that a renewal with the Nerazzurri is ‘very far away’ and revealed that there are a quartet of clubs currently courting the Inter captain.
There is believed to be some distance between the parties when it comes to reaching an agreement over his annual salary with Wanda wanting him to be brought in line with other stars in Serie A such as compatriot Gonzalo Higuain.
Inter are however not worried. Icardi is already on a deal with the club until the end of the 2021/22 season and the report goes on to add, they have received no offers as of yet for their talisman, contrary to Wanda’s recent claims.
