Emerson Palmieri’s agent Fernando Garcia has spoken on the possibility of his client moving on from Chelsea during this transfer window amid links to Inter among other clubs.
“I think all the big European teams would like to have a great player like Emerson Palmieri in their staff. There have been some enquiries but nothing formal,” he told FCInterNews.it.
He went on to admit he was unable to disclose the clubs who have been in contact and discussed the likelihood of the defender leaving Chelsea.
“I can not talk about the clubs that have consulted us. I do not think that he can leave Chelsea now.
The Italo-Brazilian joined the Blues this time last year but has been limited to 11 appearances across all competitions this season, just two of which have come in the Premier League. The 24-year-old full back is under contract until 2022 but he could soon find himself elsewhere.
