Empoli’s young Ivorian midfielder Hamed Traoré could be on his way to another club in Tuscany, namely Fiorentina as the two clubs are close to finding an agreement, Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports.
According to the report, the player would cost the Viola €12 million but the player would stay with Empoli on loan until the end of the season, before making the transfer. Empoli will however immediately get to loan Fiorentina’s young Serbian attacker Dusan Vlahovic until the end of the season.
Di Marzio concludes that the grounds for an agreement between all parties has been found but no contracts have been signed yet but are expected to come soon.
Inter and Napoli have recently been linked with the Ivory Coast midfielder, born in February 2000, but their interest has cooled off which has given Fiorentina an opening to pounce which they seem to have capitalized fully on.
