Daniele Baselli is at high risk of missing this weekend’s match at home to Inter as he continues to train separately from his Torino teammates due to injury a report from Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport details.

The Italian midfielder is currently nursing an injury to his thigh having taken a knock to it during the Coppa Italia loss to Fiorentina earlier this month and missed the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino side’s 3-2 loss to Roma last weekend.

Baselli, 26, has made 20 appearances across all competitions this season for Walter Mazzari’s Granata side who go in to this weekend sat in 11th place.

In almost 1500 minutes on the field, the one-time Italian international has scored four goals and tallied three assists and is sure to be a big miss to the side, who could finish the weekend within the top 10 in the table if they beat Inter and other results go their way.
