Any move Inter intend to make for Sassuolo midfielder Alfred Duncan will be held off until the Summer according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Ghanaian, an Inter academy graduate, is currently valued at between €12-15 million by the Neroverdi but should his good performances continue, that price will only rise between now and the Summer transfer window opening.

There seems to be no margins for a deal to be completed this window due to the fact that Sassuolo are hoping to avoid sales of key players in this window.

The report goes on to state that Inter are not alone in courting the 25-year-old, who is under contract with the MAPEI Stadium outfit through to 2020. They face competition from city rivals Milan and several clubs from outside of Italy, mainly from the Premier League.

This season he has made 15 appearances across all competitions and has scored four goals and tallied three assists in just under 1300 minutes.
