Inter have decided to not allow Brazilian international central defender Joao Miranda leave the club during this transfer window, Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports.
According to the report, the Nerazzurri have told Ligue 1 side Monaco that they will not allow the former Atletico Madrid man to leave the club on a loan with an option to buy. If anyone wishes to sign the player they will have to do so on a permanent basis.
This follows the statement made by Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio moments ago when he ruled out a tranfser of Croatian winger Ivan Perisic saying that the Nerazzurri’s transfer window is closed. Di Marzio reports that the Nerazzurri have told Arsenal the same thing as they have told Monaco about Joao Miranda, in that if the Gunners want to sign Ivan Perisic, they will have to do so on a permanent basis.
In conclusion, Di Marzio also revealed that earlier today the Nerazzurri told Besiktas that they are not interested in signing Croatian international central defender Domagoj Vida, as negotiations with Roma continue.
