According to what FCInterNews.it have learnt from sources they have in Turkey, Besiktas are keen on a loan exchange involving their player Domagoj Vida and Inter winger Antonio Candreva.

Getting a deal done is hardly feasible though for a few reasons, the report continues. Candreva’s agent has recently confirmed that his client will remain with Inter while the player himself has no interest in a transfer to Istanbul.

Among other things, should such a deal somehow come to fruition, Inter will need to find a replacement for Candreva, something that will certainly not be easy given how little time is left in the transfer window.

With all this being said, as the saying goes, anything can happen in football and a move ultimately cannot be completely ruled out.

Candreva has largely been out-of-favour this season at Inter and has been limited to just 516 minutes on the park this season across 14 appearances. This is a stark contrast to Vida’s playing time. The Croatian centre back has made no less than 23 appearances and been on the park for almost four times as long as former Lazio man Candreva.
