At the end of the season, Inter will make their decision on whether to take up their buy back option on Andrei Radu according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The Romanian shot-stopper is currently with Genoa and Inter can exercise their buy back option on him at the end of the season that would cost them €12 million. Should Inter exercise the option this Summer, he could well be loaned back to the Grifone for another season to allow him to continue his development.

If they decide against taking up the option this Summer, they can do so the following Summer albeit at an increased price of €16 million.

One thing for sure though is that Inter do not wish to lose the young goalkeeper who could potentially take over from current number one Samir Handanovic in the coming years.

The 21-year-old has made 17 appearances since arriving at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in the Summer and has kept two clean sheets in that time.
