Radja Nainggolan commented on Inter’s performance in last night’s 1-0 victory over Parma and urged himself and teammates to keep on going like this.
“Three important points. We played with greater tranquility and created several chances and it is a deserved victory for us. We have to continue like this in view of the next matches,” he insisted in an interview with DAZN.
“As I said, We created a lot and we could have taken the lead in the first half. Then in the first 20 minutes of the second half we were in their box a lot. I think we can be satisfied with our performance and especially with the result.”
He then spoke on the transfer market which was a rather disruptive time for Inter.
“Every year it is the same story with the transfer market and it happens at every club where players receive interest. I think that yesterday though we showed that we wanted to win. There had to be a certain tranquillity at the end of the transfer window and we can grow in all respects.
He concluded by speaking on the difficulties he has faced since his arrival.
“I have had a difficult season. I firstly missed pre-season due to a couple of injuries and some other problems but it is better not to talk abut them. We decided to make a pact and I think I have behaved very well and regained the trust of both the coach and the club. I hope to be able to repay everyone now that I’m getting back in better shape.”
