Radja Nainggolan has spoken on the difficult time he has had at Inter since arriving in the Summer from Roma in an interview with Sport Mediaset.

“For the first time in my career I have had a particularly difficult moment but I have always said that at the end the day, I do my talking on the field. I try to give my best so that both the team and fans be satisfied and I hope to play a part in many more victories.”

The Belgian has never been far from off-field controversy and explained the difficulties of being a footballer who needs to live a double life.

“A player has two lives. One on the field and the other off it. With the character I have this can sometimes create more tension.”

He concluded by speaking on Inter’s current position in the league.

“We have to keep working because at the end of the day, we have not done anything yet. There are a lot of teams behind us and they are pushing. We have to remain deserving of the position that we are in.”
