An Inter ultra who was arrested in connection with the violence that took place prior to Inter versus Napoli on boxing day has had his house arrest order removed according to a report from news agency ANSA.

21-year-old Luca Da Ros was initially arrested – alongside a host of other Inter and Napoli ultras – soon after the events close to San Siro occurred but was released on house arrest having helped assist the investigators with their investigation.

Inter ultra Daniele Belardinelli lost his life as a result of the violence  and investigations in to the matter are ongoing. It is understood that Belardinelli was knocked over by one car with another car potentially going over the top of him afterwards. He would die in hospital hours later from the injuries he sustained. Several vehicles belonging to Napoli fans have been taken for forensic testing in a bid to find out which car/s was/were involved.
