Over 30,000 tickets have already been sold for this weekend’s match between Fiorentina and Inter at La Viola’s Stadio Artemio Franchi a report from firenzeviola.it has revealed.
The match is scheduled to take place on Sunday night in Florence with kick-off scheduled for 20:30 CET.
This will be the second meeting between the two sides this weekend. Inter won the reverse fixture 2-1 earlier on in the season.
Heading in to the weekend, the hosts are eighth in the Serie A standings and could go up as high as sixth dependent on the results of those above them. They could drop as low as tenth though.
The visiting Inter meanwhile cannot go any higher or lower than their current placing of third. Luciano Spalletti’s side will be looking to ensure that they keep the gap between themselves and fourth placed Milan with a win. In the event Milan lose and Inter win, the Nerazzurri can open up a seven point gap on their city rivals.
