Radja Nainggolan could possibly miss the Milan derby too according to a report from broadcaster Sky Sport after he picked up a calf injury.
The Belgian is definitely missing Inter’s Europa League double header with Eintracht Frankfurt and he will also miss Inter’s Serie A match with SPAL in between them.
Corriere dello Sport have meanwhile reported that it is a mission impossible for Nainggolan to be fit in time for the derby in 11 days time.
Nainggolan has been bothered by injuries throughout the season but had looked to have finally gotten over all the niggles in recent weeks.
His performances have improved considerably as of late but this latest injury blow could well put him back to square one and he may need some time to build his performance levels back up again.
This season he has made 26 appearances across all competitions, in which he has scored four goals and tallied three assists.
