Inter’s Argentinian attacker Lautaro Martinez stopped by Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, to share his thoughts going into the Serie A derby della Madonnina against AC Milan at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, with kick-off scheduled for 20.30 CET.
The former Racing Avellanada player began by underlining that getting knocked out from the Europa League was a disappointment, but that the Nerazzurri now have to focus on finishing in the top 4.
“We know that we have been eliminated from an important tournament, which was an objective we had, but this is all now in the past. We have to focus our minds entirely in this match, because qualifying for next season’s Champions League is an objective we have.”
“This derby is worth s much and it is a very important match, we have no margin for making any errors of any kind. We shouldn’t think about anything, or better yet, we should only think about winning.”
