Kwadwo Asamoah shared his thoughts and feelings on Inter’s performance in their 0-0 home draw with Atalanta as he spoke with the gathered journalists in the mixed zone post-match.

“Today we had a good performance against a difficult opponent. In the first half we tried to press them and we created chances but could not score. We can still do more as we are a great team with quality players,” he began.

He was then asked about the effect that Brozovic’s departure from the field due to injury had on the performance.

“Brozovic has different qualities and he is very good in his role. When he came off, we had difficulty in attacking. We have gained an important point but next time we must try to win it.”

The Ghanaian full back was then asked about his condition and shared his belief in himself and his teammates.

“I feel very good, I am working hard and I am happy to help the team and my teammates. We want to achieve our goal, it is not easy but together we can do it.”

He concluded: “We have grown a lot. After what happened in the past months we are more a team. Even with Mauro’s return we see that everyone has other motivations. We want to achieve our goals.”
