The wife and agent of former Inter captain Mauro Icardi, Wanda Nara, will appear in an Italian TV-show on Canale 5 tomorrow in order to comment the harsh statement published a couple of days ago about her sister-in-law Ivana.

“I am not a witch. We have always supported our family. Like when Ivana came to my house a couple of months ago and we opened our doors for her and her boyfriend, who is also a football player.”

“Ivana is not honest, Mauro is a great man who doesn’t only help family but also people he doesn’t know. When his sister was in the university he even bought her a car in order to help her out and she is speaking ill of him, that is priceless.”

“She has understood how to make a name of herself. In Argentina she said the opposite of what she is talking about now, she has to understand that you don’t make a career by discrediting your brother and your sister-in-law.”

Wanda then commented on Ivana’s statement that Wanda wouldn’t even have considered Mauro Icardi, should he have been a butcher rather than a football star.

“I fell in love with the person and not with the character. When your brother is down, you help him instead of ignoring him. People who knows us, know how we really are, she knows that we will always be there.”

“If she wanted to find Mauro she can stop by the house and not in the Big Brother house. Personal stuff you talk about within the family and not on TV, neither Mauro nor myself have ever done such a thing.”

Finally, Wanda commented on Mauro Icardi’s current situation with Inter: “Mauro continues to score, he moves on as always because he is the strong one in the family. He is more serene now than before and has a great relationship with everyone he knows, we will be here again next year.”
