Luciano Spalletti: “At Inter The Fans Are The Most Important Thing”

Inter coach Luciano Spalletti gave an interview to the Matchday Program, that the club releases ahead of every single home game.

“For me, Inter represents football, a football in which there are no limits when it comes to one’s ambitions. We have an important club and no positive result should be taken for granted.”

“I would use Inter fans as an example to describe the meaning of the word ‘fans’. Their presence is extremely important for us. It is not something that can be traded for anything in the world. Anyone who wears the Inter shirt must always keep that in mind.”

He went on to discuss the importance of the stadium to him and to Inter’s impressive history.

“Everytime I enter the Meazza, I get excited thinking that we are also here to write a new chapter of this amazing story.”

Tonight, the match between Inter and Juventus could represent more than just a paragraph of the last chapter.
