Inter Still Need To Make Capital Gains Through A Big Sale Or Primavera Sales Again

This year is the final year of the settlement agreement, meaning Inter are still required to make between €30-40 million in capital gains Gazzetta dello Sport report.

Once again Inter’s Primavera is full of young talent of interest to many but this year there is also the opportunity to sell one or two of their big names. Ivan Perisic and Mauro Icardi are the two most obvious.

The Nerazzurri have being using the success of their Primavera to meet these requirements for the last few years, but this year, some of them have created more interest than usual, namely Zinho Vanheusden, Yann Karamoh, Andrei Radu and Andrea Pinamonti.

Zinho Vanheusden renewed his contract with Inter to 2022 before he left to go on loan to Standard Liege. He’s been an important part of their campaign, so much so that the Belgian league nominated him for the best freshman award of the season.

Gazzetta dello Sport believes the young Belgian is ready to apart of Inter’s team but the arrival of Diego Godin and renewal of Andrea Ranocchia leaves him little space. That’s why in case Inter are in need of cash by the end of June, he has been listed as a potential sacrifice or he could simply return to Standard for another season.

Yann Karamoh, currently on loan at Bordeaux, has had a rather disappointing season. The 20 year old started well and was very often a started, but the Frenchman was later suspended for disciplinary reasons and considered sending him back to Inter prematurely.  But playing in the U-21 European tournament this Summer could help increase his value again.

Andrei Radu was signed by Genoa but Inter kept a buy-back clause and seem likely to trigger it. If they do so this year it will cost them €15 million and if they do so next year it will cost them €18 million. But due to the signing of Gabriel Brazao, currently at Parma for non-EU regulatory reasons, who will join Inter in the Summer, Radu would then be immediately used in negotiations for another player, since he has become one of the leagues most promising Goalkeepers already.

Finally, Andrea Pinamonti, under contract until 2021, was loaned out to Frosinone on the last day of the market. The 19-year-old has impressively scored 5 goals in 25 appearances, although most of them were from the bench and could be worth quite a lot.
