Having failed in their pursuit to sign him in January, Marseille are set to come back in for Inter defender Dalbert this Summer according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Due to Sime Vrsaljko’s injury and little time to find a replacement, Inter rejected L’OM’s advances in order to keep Dalbert around for depth in the full back department.

As per the report Marseille are prepared to offer €15 million for the Brazilian who has ultimately failed to deliver as expected since his arrival from French outfit Nice.

It however remains to be seen if Marseille want to sign him immediately or take him on loan with a redemption obligation to therefore defer the payment for a year.

Since arriving in 2017, Dalbert, who is contracted until the end of the 2022/23 season, has been limited to just 25 appearances across all competitions in Nerazzurri. This season he made just the 11 appearances for a total of 853 minutes on the park.
