Inter are the 13th most valuable football club on the planet, a study from Brand Finance has shown.

Spanish giants Real Madrid are now the most valuable club in the world having overtaken Premier League side Manchester United due to their €1.646 billion evaluation.

United are in second place with a value of €1.4 billion, Barcelona are third with €1.393 billion, Bayern Munich fourth with €1.314 billion and Manchester City close out the top five with €1.255 billion.

Juventus are the highest valued Italian club and they rank 11th on the list, two places above Inter, who are valued at €550 million following a growth of €76 million in the past year with thanks to owners Suning’s continued good work to increase the value of the Inter brand.

Inter’s city rivals Milan are in 15th with a value of €400 million, Roma are in 18th and Napoli are the fifth most valuable Italian side with them in 28th place with a value of around €250 million.
