In an interview with Argentinian radio station Radio Crc, the agent of Nicolas Tagliafico, Ricardo Schlieper, shot down rumors stating that Inter have been in talks with his client.
When asked if Napoli and Inter or any Serie A side had approached him to sign his client, Schlieper cooled down the talks, denying that neither one of the Italian top sides had contacted him to sign his client.
“Giovanni Branchini and I have worked together with a lot of players, bringing them to the Serie A. I tried to offer my client to Bologna and Parma a while ago, but nothing happened in the end.”
“Inter and Napoli have never approached my client, but I cannot exclude that this could happen in the future.”
The 26 year old Argentinian full-back joined Dutch champions Ajax in January 2018 from Independiente and has since then featured 52 times across all competitions scoring 6 goals in the process.
