Legendary former Inter and Serbian international midfielder Dejan Stankovic, says he does not want to make a judgement on if it was right to sack Luciano Spalletti and replace him with Antonio Conte, when speaking to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

The former Nerazzurri midfielder believes that since he does not work at the club and therefore he is not qualified to make a judgement either way.

“No, I’m not there to make a judgement, I don’t work at Inter but I am the club’s number one fan. I have a black and blue heart, the club makes either the right or the wrong decisions.”

“We are talking about two great coaches, one has achieved the objective of qualifying for the Champions League. Then Sinisa Mihajlovic once told me that ‘in the coaching world, there two kinds of coaches, those who have been sacked and those who will be sacked.”

“Antonio Conte is a coach of the highest level, now we are only in the beginning with his presentation, then we will see what will happen.”
