After Portugal won the final of the inaugural tournament UEFA Nations League by 1-0, Inter’s Portuguese international full-back Cedric Soares, was understandably happy.

The Portuguese player, who arrived on loan at Inter from Premier League club Southampton during the January transfer window, took to his official Twitter account tweeting out the photo below together with the caption: “Congratulations Portugal.”

Portugal won the final thanks to a goal by Guedes in the second half.
