Inter have sold Belgian duo Zinho Vanheusden and Xian Emmers to Belgian Division A side Standard Liege for a around €25 million according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
The duo came up through the ranks at Inter’s youth team, the Primavera, with midfielder Xian Emmers, having spent this past season at Serie B side Cremonese.
Central defender Zinho Vanheusden has been on loan at Standard Liege, the club he left to join Inter, since January 2018 where he has been playing regularly this past season, and has been doing so well, being voted Standard’s Man Of The Match on at least two occasions.
According to the report, this brings the Nerazzurri within €15 million of their €40 million goal of capital gains that the Nerazzurri have to produce by the end of June to finally be able to exit the terms set out in the Settlement Agreement with UEFA.
