Inter are preparing to set a new club record by signing Manchester United’s Belgian international striker Romelu Lukaku in a deal worth €70 million according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

According to the report, Inter will loan the former Everton striker on a two year deal which will cost them €10 million, with a forced option to buy inserted in the deal set at €60 million, which will be paid over three years, bringing the total value of the transfer up to €70 million.

Di Marzio reports further, that Manchester United have indicated that they are willing to accept a deal that follows this formula and therefore the parties will soon meet, with Inter looking to close the deal as soon as possible, maybe even as early as next week.
