Inter goalkeepers Daniele Padelli and Tommaso Berni have both agreed to one-year extensions to their contracts with the club.

Both players contracts were due to expire in a couple of days time but the pair are now signed up until June 30 2020, the club confirmed via the official club website.

Padelli, 33, joined Inter back in 2017 and has served as understudy to Inter number one and current club captain Samir Handanovic in his time with the club. The Italian, who formerly played for Torino, has made just two appearances, both of which came in the Coppa Italia.

As for Berni, the veteran shot-stopper is in his second spell with the club having re-joined back in 2014 on a free transfer from Torino. The 36-year-old, who came through the Inter ranks has yet to make a competitive appearance in all his time with the club but is seen as an important influence in the dressing room.
