Nicolo Barella already has a house lined up in Milan to move into if his wishes to join Inter are to come true according to a report from news outlet La Nuova Sardegna.

With the blessing of his wife Federica, he has as good as secured himself a house just two kilometres away from San Siro and has his agent working on this.

The Cagliari and Italy international is one of Inter’s top transfer targets this Summer transfer window and Inter remain in talks with his current employers over his transfer.

Cagliari are continuing to demand a sum of €50 million for the 22-year-old whilst Inter are unwilling to meet these demands.

Inter’s most recent offer totalled approximately €40 million and reports currently doing the rounds suggest that the two clubs will meet again shortly with a view to reaching an agreement.

This past season Barella made 38 appearances across all competitions and scored one goal and tallied four assists in the process.
