Inter have found new clubs for their former academy talents Xian Emmers and Lorenzo Gavioli, Corriere dello Sport reported today.
Emmers was supposed to follow his compatriot Zinho Vanheusden to Standard Liege last month, but instead he will join fellow Belgian side Waasland-Beveren on loan.
Gavioli will sign for Venezia on a permanent deal, having himself been linked to Genoa while Inter were searching for ‘capital gains’.
The latter’s arrival cannot be announced until the Veneti have been officially readmitted to Serie B, though, following Palermo’s bankruptcy.
Emmers spent last season playing for Cremonese in Italy’s second tier, scoring once in a last-minute win against Benevento and creating an assist during a 2-0 win over Cosenza.
The 19-year-old made 20 appearances in total and helped Massimo Rastelli’s side finish just outside the play-off places.
Gavioli contributed three goals and five assists to Inter’s Primavera team as Armando Madonna’s side finished second behind Atalanta in the regular season.
