Inter have offers for their outgoing forwards George Puscas and Gabriel Barbosa, according to Tuttosport.
Puscas is valued at €8-10 million and is studying a range of proposals he has received this month.
Gabigol also has various clubs interested, but his excessive wage demands could represent a stumbling block to any deal.
Inter are struggling terribly to secure sales this summer and it is throttling any attempt to bring in new players.
Puscas was due to join Palermo on a permanent deal last month, having scored nine goals for the Rosanero in Serie B on loan.
However, Palermo went bankrupt after failing to register for Italy’s second tier and had to default on their payment.
Gabigol has scored nine goals in 10 matches for Flamengo this year, where he will remain on loan until 31 December.
He found the net just once for Inter in a disastrous debut campaign, before moving to Benfica and Santos in the 2017-18 season.
