Cagliari president Tomasso Giulini has told fans to expect news on the Radja Nainggolan front tomorrow with the Inter midfielder being linked with a return to the Sardinian outfit.
The Belgian has been told that he has no future with the club and the Nerazzurri have been at work trying to offload him, despite only just signing him last Summer from fellow Serie A side Roma.
The 31-year-old, as per reports currently circulating in the Italian media, will join Cagliari on a season long loan.
“We will have an update tomorrow, that is all I can say for now,” he revealed in an interview with broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.
Giulini then spoke on what he thinks it would mean to Nainggolan to return to the Rossoblu, who he made 137 appearances for over a four year spell.
“For him, returning to Cagliari would be the most beautiful thing in the world.”
